Payments

By submitting your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS within Operator (see the SMS Consent & Messaging Terms), you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from us at the number provided. Consent is not required to purchase goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of further text communications by replying STOP to any message or by turning off the SMS toggle in your Operator Settings. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number. Mobile information will not be shared, rented, or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors providing support services such as Twilio is permitted; those subcontractors do not use the information for their own marketing.

Any dispute arising under this Privacy Policy shall be resolved exclusively by the state or federal courts sitting in Okaloosa County, Florida.
